Die casting is a metal forming process in which liquid metal is injected into a precision mold cavity at high pressure and cooled and solidified under pressure to form a casting. The following is the main process of pressure casting: 1,Mold preparation: The mold is heated to the right temperature to ensure rapid cooling when the liquid metal is injected. The inside of the mold needs to be maintained with good lubricity in order to smoothly vent during injection and solidification. 2,Metal preparation: The metal raw material is melted and the composition adjusted to the desired metal alloy. The molten metal is passed through the filter to remove impurities and ensure that the injected metal is clean. 3,Injection molding: Liquid metal is injected into the mold cavity through high pressure. During the injection process, the mold needs to be closed quickly to prevent leakage of liquid metal. 4,Cooling and solidification: The liquid metal is cooled and solidified in the mold cavity to form the desired casting shape. The cooling time depends on the size and thickness of the casting. 5,Stripping out: The casting is removed from the mold after cooling is complete. Careful handling is required during the demoulding process to avoid damaging the casting. 6,Post-processing: Remove burrs and blemishes from the casting surface. Heat treatment or surface treatment may be required to improve the mechanical properties of the casting. |

Q4: What's the payment terms?
A4: We accept 50% as payment deposit, when the goods is done, we take photoes for your check and you then pay the balance. For small amount, we accept Paypal, Paypal commission will be added to the order. For big amount, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to delivery the goods?
A5: We deliver the products by courier company.
Q6:Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are direct factory with 10 experienced engineers and more than 200 employees as well approximate 2,0000 square meters workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory,then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
